I just finished listening to the Barak Obama’s speech that he gave in Orlando yesterday. And never in my entire life have I been so enraged at the president of the United States. The speech was wrong, so wrong. It was abominable. Up until Barak Obama assumed the office of the President of the United States, I felt safe and secure from attacks from foreign enemies. Now I don’t. Even in my central Alabama/Birmingham area bedroom community of Pelham, I don’t feel safe.

The root cause of the Orlando mass shooting is Islamic Terrorism.  The shooting was carried out by an individual with ties to ISIS. One of the caveats of Islam is to put homosexuals to death. The shooting took place in a downtown Orlando nightclub whose patrons are primarily members of the LGBT community.

To stop the scourge of similar attacks on America soil, we must go after ISIS and other Islamic terrorist groups and destroy them.

We must cut off the head of the snakes. But no, the current president and his liberal henchmen are suggesting that we, here in the United States, are responsible for this tragedy due to our gun control policies.

According to Rush Limbaugh (and I know you liberals hate him), after the Orlando shooting, Obama said, “ISIL is under more pressure than ever before. ISIL continues to lose ground in Iraq. All told, ISIL has now lost nearly half the populated territory it once controlled in Iraq, and will lose more.” The CIA director today says they’re bigger than ever, they’re stronger than ever, they’re stealthier than ever, and they’re getting into this country in greater numbers than ever.

In the speech, the current president spent about six minutes of the eighteen minute speech talking about how the victims were members of the LGBT community, and emphasized that the LGBT community had been subjected to much hatred from other Americans and that we needed to come together as Americans. And that maybe well and true. However, the alleged hatred of the LGBT community by church going, choir singing hypocrites, and they do exist, was not the cause of the Orlando shooting. The Orlando shooting was carried out by a person of Afghan descent who was connected to ISIS and the religion of Islam calls for the killing of gay individuals. That church going, choir singing hypocrite had nothing to do with the Orlando shooting.

And again, this president seems clueless as to the root cause of the Orlando shooting.

Or is he? I don’t think he’s clueless at all. He knows what he’s doing. He continues to lecture the American people to not judge all Muslims by the actions of a few. But yet, after the shooting in Charleston where the perpetrator was seen in a photo with a Confederate battle flag, anyone who owns any depiction of the Confederate battle flag, whether it is a large flag to display atop a flag pole or a mere belt buckle, is labeled a racist and a hater.

Barak Obama, you are an evil man. You’re not stupid. If you were merely stupid, there might be a chance that you could be convinced that the only way to stop incidents such as the Orlando shooting is to destroy Islamic terrorist groups on their home turf. If you were merely stupid, your political opponents might be convinced that you really cared. But you’re not stupid, you’re evil. You are anti-American, you’re an Islamic terrorist sympathizer. You’re goal in life is to destroy the United States of America and with each passing day, you’re getting closer to your goal.

I’m enraged at the president, and any patriotic American citizen should be also.

In its attempt to protect the gay population, as well as the entire LGBT community, this administration, among other things, has sought to destroy people like me for believing and stating that marriage should be between one man and one woman. It is common knowledge that Muslims hate those who are gay, and in countries ruled by Sharia law, gays can be put to death. While going after people like me and doling out ridiculous punishments to businesses who will not provide services in connection with gay marriage, this administration has completely ignored a clear and established threat to the LGBT community, Radical Islam. Barak Obama, you have blood on your hands. You killed those people in the Orlando night club just the same as if you had taken guns into that club and started shooting at the patrons yourself.

The above is a Facebook post I authored yesterday, Sunday, June 10, 2016, in the wake of the mass shooting at a night club that catered mostly to gays in downtown Orlando, Florida.

For years, the “tolerant left” has demonized individuals who believe and have stated that marriage should be between one man and one woman. Furthermore, the “tolerant left” has attempted and been successful in many instances of destroying businesses and individuals who declined to provide services in connection with gay marriage. Also, certain people have been forced to resign from jobs and give up accolades because they simply believe that marriage should be between one man and one woman.

In a feeble effort to support the gay community, the White House was bathed in rainbow colors in late June, 2015, to celebrate a ruling handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court that legalized same-sex marriage around the country. But come Independence Day, the fourth of July, the White House refused to change those colors to America’s colors: red, white, and blue.

Fast forward one year, the president of the United States is responding to the worst terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11/2001, the mass shooting in an Orlando night club by an American citizen who is a full-blooded Afghan with ties to ISIS. Looking very uncomfortable the president did call the shooting terrorism arising out of hate. He still won’t say the words “Islamic Terrorism” and with shooting incident after shooting incident, he continues to push the liberal gun control agenda.

Maybe, just maybe, Mr. President, if you would go after our real enemies and seek to destroy those who seek to destroy us, what happened in Orlando this past Saturday night would not have happened. Instead, though, you and your liberal comrades tell us that we need stricter gun control and that stricter gun control will keep guns out of the hands of criminals. This makes about as much sense as believing that criminals with guns will turn and walk away if they see a building or a business is a gun free zone.

You’ve gone after conservatives, Republicans, Christians, gun owners, people who own a Confederate battle flag or something portraying the Confederate battle flag such as a belt buckle. Every time there is an incident involving an Islamic terrorist, you never fail to remind the American people that we shouldn’t judge Islam on the actions of a few. There was also the comments from Attorney General, Loretta Lynch that she was more concerned about the perception that Americans might have toward Islam after the San Bernadino shootings than actually going after terrorists committing these atrocities.

Because of your above directives, the United States of America has not gone after the ones we should be going after, Islamic Terrorists including ISIS, the Muslim Brotherhood, Al-Qaeda, the Taliban, etc. America is vulnerable, people are dying. Yes, you killed those folks who were patrons of a gay night club in Orlando because you have failed to define our enemies and wasted precious time and resources in going after folks who posed no threat to those in the LGBT community whatsoever.

But this isn’t just about the LGBT community in which you have failed, it’s about every man, woman, and child in this nation in which you have also failed.

Mr. President, you have blood on your hands!

The following meme by a group entitled “The Other 98 Percent,”  obvious blame America First liberals has been making the rounds on Facebook.

When people say, “let’s make America great again,” what period of American history are they talking about? When we were a British colony with unfair taxes? When we enacted a genocide to seize control of land? When we hung women because we thought they were witches? When we practiced slavery? When women and minorities couldn’t vote? When we ignored the Holocaust? When we dropped two atomic bombs on Japan? When we interned Japanese-American citizens in camps? When we sent thousands of our men to Vietnam to fight and die under false pretenses? Or when we did the same in Iraq 12 years ago and are still doing today? What kind of America do you foresee us returning to when you say that exactly?

When I saw it on my news feed, I responded with today’s problems as follows:

First of all, our economy/GDP is only growing at a rate of 2%. High taxes, draconian regulations, skyrocketing health care costs, an out of control national debt, etc. are to blame. Lowering taxes for everyone, lifting burdensome regulations, and repealing Obamacare will go a long way in growing our economy, creating jobs, and paying off the national debt.

Illegal immigrants, including thousands of Muslims whose intent is to kill Americans, are pouring into this country. This has got to stop.

Our foreign policy is a joke. We’ve turned our backs on our allies, including our biggest ally in the Middle East, Israel. We’re now making nice with radical Muslims and Communist dictators. We entered into a nuclear agreement with Iran, the number one state sponsor of terrorism. Iran is already defying that agreement and plans to build nuclear weapons to use on us. ISIS and other terrorist organizations are growing by leaps and bounds. And while Islamic terrorism is the number one threat to this country, the current president won’t even say the words, “Islamic terrorism.”

When a deranged individual who breaks into a church and shoots innocent people is seen in a photograph on social media with a confederate flag, this administration including the current president indicates that anyone who displays or owns a confederate flag is a hater, racist, etc. However, this current president continually lectures the American people to not judge all Muslims by the actions of a few.

Even though the terrorist attack/shooting in San Bernardino was carried out by Muslims who had acquired their guns illegally, this administration chooses to advocate stricter gun control laws instead of going after ISIS and other Islamic terrorist organizations.

Political correctness has run amok, and race relations are at one of their lowest points since Civil Rights legislation was passed in the sixties. It is my hope that the next president will act on all of the things I’ve illustrated above plus others. Since its inception almost 250 years ago, America has seen its good times and its bad times. Furthermore, that has not been one day in the history of this country where things were perfect and there won’t be such a day until Jesus returns to earth and sets up his kingdom for 1000 years. While I think back fondly to the 80s, 90s (even though I despise Bill Clinton), and early 2,000s, I don’t want to go back there. Even if the presidential candidate I’m supporting does get elected, I’m not going to get everything I want. No one is. This country is presently in the worst shape that it’s ever been in my lifetime. I just hope it’s not too late to turn things around.

“The Other 98 percent” is obviously part of the blame America first crowd. As you can see, he or she cites the following things wrong with America

  • Unfair taxes when we were a British Colony
  • Enacting genocide to seize control of land
  • Hanging women who were thought to be witches
  • Slavery
  • Not allowing women and minorities to vote
  • Ignoring the holocaust
  • Dropping atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki
  • Rounding up Japanese Americans and placing them in camps
  • Sending thousands to Viet Nam to fight under false pretenses
  • Sending thousands to Iraq to fight under false pretenses

Unfair taxes when we were still under British rule? Duh! For the second point, I’m sure “Other 98” is referring to the “white guys” taking away the Indians’ land. If the “white guys” had not come to America, none of us would be in America. Furthermore, we’d probably be living in an oppressed society. The witch trials and hangings were put to a stop. Slavery ended. Women and minorities were given the right to vote. Not recognizing the holocaust was a mistake, but just who was it that invaded France, took that country back and liberated Europe? Dropping the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki won the war, a war that we didn’t start. Even though we didn’t have a clearly defined purpose in Viet Nam, we were fighting the spread of communism. It was the liberals in Congress who defunded the war, a war we could have won. One of the platforms of the Clinton administration when President Bill Clinton left office was regime change in Iraq. All intelligence available to both Congress and the administration indicated that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. President Bush went to Congress for approval and many Democrats including Hillary Clinton and John Kerry voted to go to war.

It’s funny how “Other 98” cites the above, but fails to mention that the United States liberated France and other European countries from Nazi rule in World War II. “Other 98” also never mentions the billions of dollars in aid that the United States gives to foreign countries. Nor is the liberation of Kuwait from Sadaam Hussein. Furthermore, the Americans captured Sadaam Hussein and subsequently executed him for war crimes. He was considered the Adolph Hitler of the late 20th/early 21st century. The Americans also captured Osama Bin Laden, the master mind of the 9/11 attacks.

Among the many things that sets the United States of America apart from the rest, is that we willingly right our wrongs and have systems in place by which we can right our wrongs.

We ended slavery and instituted Civil Rights legislation. Women and minorities were given the right to vote. In the United States of America, people are given the freedom to experience the American dream. Americans also have the right to practice their chosen religion or to not practice any religion. While this nation was founded on Judeo-Christian principles, its citizens are free to worship as they please or not worship at all.

“Other 98” is obviously an Obama supporter, and is attempting to diminish the problems our nation is facing as a result of this far left administration by feebly pointing out a few of America’s dark hours. It’s not going to work.

On Monday, December 7, 2015, Republican Presidential Candidate, Donald Trump, called for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on. When I heard this, I thought, “oh no,” this is going to take up valuable news time that could best be spent on items that are more important than what Donald Trump says, even though there is a chance that he might be the next President of the United States.

Of course, the Democrats were lining up to call out Mr. Trump with their usual fiery rhetoric. The White House claimed that he should be expunged from the list of presidential candidates because his word disqualified him from becoming president. The White House went on to further indicate that any Republican presidential candidate that does not denounce Donald Trump is not qualified to be president. Thus, the Republicans were lining up to denigrate the Republican frontrunner.

When I examined exactly what Mr. Trump said, I saw that he actually proposed a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what’s going on. “Until our country’s representatives can figure out what’s going on.” It doesn’t appear that Mr. Trump is calling for a permanent shutdown of Muslims entering the country, but a shutdown until our country’s representatives can so something, whatever that is.

Democrats/liberals regularly take things out of context like cutting off words. The fact that they didn’t take into consideration the words, “Until our country’s representatives can figure out what’s going on.” However, it looks as though many Republicans are doing the same thing. Instead of asking Mr. Trump what he meant by those words, they lined up as I described above to further bash Mr. Trump and call for him to step down as a presidential candidate.

Bill O’Reilly, yesterday evening (December 8, 2015), didn’t mention it on The O’Reilly Factor. I know Bill claims to be a fair and balanced independent and not a Republican. But I would have thought he would have mentioned those last few words uttered by Mr. Trump. There were some guests on the O’Reilly Factor that argued for limiting Muslim immigrants coming in from certain radical Muslim nations until the United States can properly vet them.

Yesterday, it was also brought to the forefront, primarily on social media, that former President Jimmy Carter banned Iranians from coming to the United States during the hostage crisis in 1980. The only way that they would be let in was for emergency medical treatment. Also, in November 1979, the Attorney General gave all Iranian students on month to report to the local immigration office. Around 7,000 were found to be in violation of their visas.

Jimmy Carter was a Democrat, but I doubt that back in 1979/1980 a Republican administration proposing similar procedures would have caused such an outcry with Democrats, except maybe the very, very radical leftists.

Fast-forward to 2015 and what have we got. Democrats, including the White House, stating that because of what he said, Donald Trump is not qualified to be president. And the Republicans are just about as bad, fighting to get to the beginning of the line where they can also denounce Donald Trump.

Sadly, over time, the United States has become a bastion of political correctness. It’s gotten into everyone, including me, I’m sure. Whenever a public figure utters something that not only the left, but also some on the right, feel is racist, sexist, homophobic, etc., everyone is out there to condemn that person and the media spends days talking about it, some of the time neglecting what’s really important. Also, if you’re a public figure and don’t condemn it, you, yourself, will be condemned.

Congress, along with the current administration, should be looking at ways to properly vet certain groups of Muslims when they seek to enter the United States. And until procedures can be developed and implemented, perhaps some restrictions on immigration of Muslims should be put in place. This is what should be discussed in the wake of Donald Trump’s comments, but it won’t. It won’t be discussed and no procedures will be put in place to properly vet Muslims who come to this country as immigrants. Why? Because we’re too busy attempting to destroy someone who said something that was certainly crass and controversial.

It looks as though the left is, over time, accomplishing their goal of destroying those that don’t tow the liberal line. To keep this from happening, all Republicans/Conservatives must cease being scared of their own shadows. They must quit worrying about how the mainstream media and the left will label them. If we want to take back our country, we’re going to have to fight for it and be willing to accept the punches and blows that the liberals, including, the media, are sure to inflict.

After the 9/11/2001 attacks on the United States of America, I was ready to get out and show those Islamic terrorist cowards that they couldn’t stop me from living my life and doing what I do. I went to shopping malls, sporting events, movie theaters, etc.

Fast forward to today. A week ago, ISIS, an evil Islamic terrorist organization, attached an entertainment center in Paris France. ISIS didn’t go after government buildings and government personnel. Instead, they went after innocent civilians who were out on the town on a Friday night to have a good time. A soccer event was taking place, a rock concert was taking place, and people were having dinner and drinks at the many outdoor Parisian cafes for which Paris is so famous.

ISIS has indicated that intends to attack the United States of America and the cities of New York and Washington D.C. have been mentioned. While that’s a far cry from the Birmingham, Alabama area, an attack anywhere in the USA will affect everyone in the USA.

Why do I not feel the same vigor I felt after the 9/11 attacks? I’m fourteen years older and have developed some health problems? Maybe, but I doubt it. As soon as the 9/11 attacks took place, the president of the United States, George W. Bush, informed the American people that Freedom itself was attacked this morning by a faceless coward, and freedom will be defended. President Bush was doing what he pledged to do when he took the Oath of Office of the Presidency of the United States. The American people expected nothing less. Under the same circumstances, any president would have been expected to do the same thing. At an impromptu meeting of Congress shortly after the 9/11 attacks, all members started singing “God Bless America.” The administrative and legislative branches of government were together committed to fighting the evil that had attacked the Unites States of America. I felt safe and cared for because I knew the United States government was committed to protecting the citizens of the United States of America and fighting for the freedoms that our forefathers made happen.

Fast forward to November 2015. Another free country, France, has been attacked by ISIS, the most evil Islamic terrorist group to date. Also, ISIS has promised to attack the United States of America. And what does our current president do to defend freedom and protect the American people? Pretty much nothing. He has said zero to the American people that he intends to fight the scourge that is ISIS and preserve the freedoms that our forefathers established for us. He won’t even say the words “Islamic Terrorist.” He continues to dictate to the American people not to judge Muslims by the actions of a few. Yet, he continues to denigrate Christians and has refused to help the many Christians that are being persecuted and killed in Muslim countries across the globe. He has turned his back on America’s greatest ally in the Middle East, Israel.

The current president has done nothing to indicate to Americans that he stands with them in the fight against terrorism. Instead, he leads the way in admitting thousands of Syrian refugees, many of which are members of ISIS. Furthermore, he has indicated that those who oppose the influx of these Syrians, particularly the Congressional Republicans are afraid of widows and orphans. However, when I looked at the pictures of these Syrians, I saw mostly young men who looked to be in their late teens/twenties.

I feel like a sitting duck and so do most of the people who I have talked to following the Paris attacks. I’m not inclined to get out and demonstrate to the terrorists that I’m not afraid of them like I was in 2011. In 2011, the United States had a president who promised to fight back in order to protect the United States of America and preserve freedom across the world. This president, on the other hand, seems to be looking forward to an attack on American soil.

President Barak Obama, now I’ve said his name, has no intention of bringing the American people together to fight ISIS. I believe he wants America to be attacked. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if he, even as I’m writing this, if planning, with ISIS, an attack on American soil. I’m convinced that he is a Muslim and sympathizes with the terrorists, and has as his goal, to destroy the United States of America. He’s poised to do it.

The mainstream media does seem to be coming around, even though at a snail’s pace. But the Obama zombies still blindly worship him and will probably continue to do so unless they are hit with some type of cosmic baseball bat.

Y’all, I so hope I’m wrong. I really want to be wrong. As a political blogger, I’m called many things by the left in the form of insults and accusations. If I’m wrong, bring it on liberals. I doubt you can call me anything you haven’t already called me or accuse me of anything you haven’t already accused me of.
