MORE ABOUT WHITE SUPREMACY IN THE UNITED STATES

Rush Limbaugh does it, Sean Hannity does it, Tucker Carlson does it, Bill O’Reilly does it and most every conservative pundit and talking head does it. What do they do? Before beginning a discussion on the recent demonstrations and protests such as Charlottesville, Boston, and Berkley, all folks participating in the discussion must first denounce white supremacy, white nationalism, neo-Nazism. For to not do so, would signal to the left in this country that you are not only a hater, but a white supremacy/white nationalist/neo-nazi yourself.  And once the left labels you as such, lack of evidence notwithstanding, you’re done.

As I indicated in my August 16 article, entitled, “Condemn the white groups first, forget the rest,” the citizens of the United States of America have been conditioned by the left that racism by whites or white groups, particularly white nationalists/white supremacists if the sin that can possible be committed on the planet, and anyone found guilty of this sin must die.

If a white nationalist group and a left wing radical group such as Antifa which has its roots in the old Occupy Wall Street movement and is a communist based organization, collide, you sure can’t blame both sides and let it go at that. You must first denounce the white supremacists/white nationalists/neo-Nazis as the biggest threat this country faces, forget about Kim Jung Un and a nuclear Korea, or the Islamic terrorist state of Iran and their continued violations of the treaty former President, Barack Obama made with them.

I also mentioned in my previous article that I had heard some talking head indicating that the number of white supremacists/white nationalists/neo-Nazis in this country numbered about 100,000. Plus, if there are regular cross-burnings and lynchings taking place in the country, I haven’t heard about it, and I live in central Alabama, the Birmingham area, to be exact. Furthermore, I’m not hearing of any Jewish people being rounded up and sent to concentration camps, have you? If cross burnings, lynchings, and the imprisonment of Jews are common place in this country, wouldn’t CNN, MSNBC, or other left-leaning media outlets be broadcasting it instead of Russia, Russia, Russia, and first lady, Melania Trump’s choice of shoes?

My point is that I don’t see these white supremacist/white nationalist/neo-Nazi groups as that prevalent or dangerous. Could they become dangerous and a threat to Americans? I’m sure, if provoked enough, they could. But right now, Antifa, the MS-13 gangs, and even Black Lives Matter are a bigger domestic threat to Americans than any of the various white supremacist/white nationalist/neo-Nazi groups. And let’s not forget ISIS or also known as the Islamic State, which had its origins in the vacuum created in Iraq when former President Barack Obama pulled troops out of that country. To date, ISIS is the evilest terrorist group on the planet, and they have a presence in the United States. Also worth mention are the Taliban, the Muslim Brotherhood (a favorite of former President Barack Obama), and Al Qaeda.

While we are all familiar with the Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter, Occupy Wall Street, and now MS-13 and Antifa, before the Charlottesville melee and “Unite the Right,” except for the Ku Klux Klan, I couldn’t name any individual white supremacist groups. Once again, they are just not that prevalent and practically no incidents of a national news level can be contributed to these groups.

We have recently discovered that the son of Vice Presidential nominee, Tim Kaine, is a member of Antifa, and was arrested at the Minnesota State Capitol in March after disrupting a pro-Trump rally (According to Gateway Pundit). Children, even raised in the best of homes often go astray as did young Linwood Kaine. But, can you imagine if it had been discovered that the son or daughter of a prominent Republican was participating in a so-called White Nationalist group. CNN, MSNBC, and other MSM outlets would have a field day. Most likely, half of their time would be spent on “Russia, Russia, Russia, and the other half spent on the Republican’s son or daughter. And this would take place after the prominent Republican condemned, condemned, and condemned the actions of his offspring. To date, I am not aware That Tim Kaine has condemned the behavior of his son.

It’s hard to find statistics on White Nationalist groups. Cursory Google searches virtually turn up nothing. While searches for statistics on international terrorism, including acts committed on U.S. soil by individuals linked to foreign terrorist organizations, yields a gold mine, according to Sarah Tate Chambers in an August 17, 2017 article in lawfareblog.com. In Search of Data on White Supremacist Violent Crime.

Left wing smear merchant, Slate.com, in an article entitled “The Long List of Killings Committed by White Extremists Since the Oklahoma City Bombing,” published on August 14, 2017, tells us that in the two decades since Timothy McVeigh’s attack killing 168 in Oklahoma City, the Southern Poverty Law Center has created a list of thirty-five deadly attacks, rending 74 victims, carried or believed to be carried out by white extremists. You can read the list for yourself. The Long List of Killings Committed by White Extremists Since the Oklahoma City Bombing.  Key words here are “carried or believed to be carried out.” We don’t know if all of these killings were white supremacist based. Furthermore, these are single incidents carried by either one person or only a few people It’s not surprise that Slate pontificates on how egregious this is, thirty-five attacks in twenty years. I wonder if Slate has ever written about the bloodshed in the south side of Chicago that occurs on a nightly basis where scores of black lives have been taken and continue to be taken.

In an article on revealnews.org, a piece was written outlining an interview Reveal’s host, Al Letson had with known and admitted White Nationalist, Richard Spencer. Of course, to the left, Spencer is Adolph Hitler incarnate. Without dissecting the article, my take is that Richard Spencer indeed believes that those of white European descent are superior to those who are not. He doesn’t believe in the mixing of the races and believes that the so-called mixing has not worked well. Thus, he claims to have a long-term dream of an “ethnostate,” a territory set aside for people of European descent.

The piece on Reveal links to another article on Mother Jones, another far left smear merchant site. Among other things, the article in Mother Jones indicates that Spencer envisions a future for the United States along the lines of a “renewed Roman Empire,” a dictatorship where the main criteria for citizenship would be whiteness. Meet the White Nationalist Trying to Ride the Trump Train to Lasting Power.

While this Mother Jones article is replete with lies and half-truths, particularly about President Trump, the writing does not paint Richard Spencer as a violent or otherwise dangerous person. And if he were, I have no doubt that Mother Jones would get that in there somehow, or perhaps devote the entire piece to it. If he walked into a restaurant where I was dining, would I be scared that he would pull out a gun and start shooting? No. Would I want him seated at a table or booth next to me? No, again. If I were a non-white, how would I feel. I can’t answer that because I am white. But I think I would feel much the same way. Spencer has extreme weird philosophies that are not shared by most Americans. In other words, they are out of the mainstream of thought. But again, there is no indication that he is violent or dangerous. And for his statement in Reveal that he sees “the election of President Trump as a precursor to white identity politics becoming an overt and welcome part of mainstream conversation in America for the first time,” is a red herring. How many pot-smoking, anti-establishment former “long haired hippie-type,” baby-boomers saw the election of former President, Bill Clinton, as way to re-establish their sixties’ radicalism? How many supporters of former President, Barack Obama, felt that, as America’s first black president, even though he was only half-black, they could undeniably declare their hatred for the United States of America and be given credence?

I can’t envision the current White Nationalist/neo-Nazi movement as anything to quake and shake over. In Charlottesville, the group “Unite the Right” had a permit to protest both Friday night and Saturday. It wasn’t until Saturday when Antifa and Black Lives Matter got into the mix that things deteriorated and one woman was killed. Yes, “Unite the Right” carried tiki torches and shouted pro-Nazi rhetoric on Friday night, and did the same, sans the tiki torches on Saturday. Had these white nationalists been left alone to protest the removal of Robert E Lee’s statute and the renaming of that park, I firmly believe they would have “done their thing” and dispersed.

Antifa has participated in many demonstrations where violence and the destroying of property and the injuring human beings was intentional. So has Black Lives Matter. And to the left, these groups should be given accolades because they dared to take on white nationalists who were legally parading around and chanting slogans, but not destroying property or injuring other people.

The average liberal might say to me, “the white nationalists, while marching in Klan-like fashion and chanting pro-Nazi rhetoric, even though they were not destroying property or physically injuring people, were offending many people to the point where their victims could be emotionally damaged for life.” Cry me a river. While I certainly don’t desire to downplay that people can be damaged by emotional abuse, particularly when the abuse comes from a loved one such as a parent or a spouse, or by situations of constant, over the years, bullying by peers or classmates, a couple of hours of listening to chants where you might be the subject of those chants, especially when you can leave the scene and not listen or watch anymore, pales in comparison.

Is it a sin to hate, even if the hate doesn’t manifest itself in the form of physical violence? Absolutely. Is it a sin to offend someone/hurt someone’s feelings? Absolutely again. We’re all going to be judged on these things one fine day, though. In the meantime, why are we wasting all this media time on white nationalist groups when most people can’t name even one specific group, and violence collectively by these groups doesn’t really exist? When, on the other hand, groups such as Antifa, Black Lives Matter, the Black Panthers, ISIS, etc. have histories of destroying property and injuring people, but the left, including the MSM, and even some conservatives tout these groups as being admirable?

ANTI-TRUMP WOMEN MARCHERS

While many scoff at social media, I must admit that I get substantial portions of my material from social media, particularly Facebook. After writing for almost three years, I have become familiar with the political websites, both right leaning, and left leaning and have a list of those on which I can depend most of the time.

Yesterday, I stumbled upon a video from Liz Wheeler on “Tipping Point” from One America News. Ms. Wheeler was being snarky when it came to the anti-trump women marchers and their strike on March 8. To those women, she said let’s teach our girls that it’s okay to skip work and ditch your responsibilities when something connected with the job, such as salary, doesn’t suit you.

The organizers of “the strike” encouraged women to skip work, wear red, refuse to shop, etc. thinking the nation’s economy would grind to a halt because they, the anti-trump women marchers were irreplaceable.

Those in the labor force generally are allowed to take time off from work for various reasons such as vacations, sickness, emergencies, etc., with pay and without fear of being fired. The exception is contractors who lose pay when they are absent from work. Long term, experienced contractors most always build in anticipated time off into the rate they request, and negotiations often take place.

I certainly believe in freedom of speech, which includes the right to protest. If a woman wants to take strike day off, whether it’s to attend a protest or to sit around the house or apartment and do nothing, she, or he, has that right, but should also have time built up in the form of vacation, paid absence, personal leave, etc. in order to receive pay for the day. Or, in certain circumstances, she might be willing to take the day without pay. Plus, and this is important, she must make arrangement to take the day off with her employer. It’s best to schedule a day off ahead of time because some companies do penalize for unplanned absences. Whatever you do, don’t just not show up for work. You can be terminated for that and clauses stating such are in most employment contracts.

Ms. Wheeler further indicated that Wednesday’s strike was for the rich women only, those who could afford to take off work such as business owners and CEOs. This strike also only appeared to be for women who had enough time off built up at their jobs that they could take a day’s vacation and still have plenty time off for other things.

In February, we had a “day without immigrants” strike, and according to sources, including Ms. Wheeler, 100 immigrants were fired from their jobs because they didn’t show up for work. And this is very sad. Were these immigrants who don’t speak or understand English all that well? Were these immigrants who are still getting used to the customs and practices of the American culture, and maybe didn’t realize that failing to show up for work could get them fired? And they might not have cared either. We don’t know. But for those who may have listened to the Democrat politicians telling them that their rights are being violated and that the Trump administration and Republicans hate them, followed the lead of those Democrat politicians when they said don’t show up for work, and lost their jobs and their livelihood, the Democrats are 100 percent to blame. Hear me, Democrats, liberals, progressives, etc. You are to blame!

Furthermore, if any women who followed the lead of these awful anti-Trump women marchers, you are 100 percent to blame also. You and only you. I hope you’re proud of yourselves.

Ms. Wheeler went on to ask these awful women just what rights had been taken away from them by the Trump administration that they had before President Trump took office. If any of you who are reading this are anti-Trump women marchers, send me a reply, I’d really like to know what rights you have lost. Ms. Wheeler then asked the anti-Trump women marchers if they had ever been denied a job because they were women, and reminded the women that this has been illegal since 1963. Have any of you not been allowed to attend a class because you’re a female?

All President Donald Trump is threatening to do is take away your free birth control which costs about $10.00 per month. And you’re acting like whiny brats about it.

Ms. Wheeler pointed out that these anti-Trump women marchers were not standing up for the women in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Pakistan, Yemen, the Sudan, etc. where women are oppressed, killed, raped, and mutilated. Neither have these anti-Trump women marchers stood up for women who were burned to death in metal cages by ISIS. Of course, these women wouldn’t dare stand up for women business owners who lost everything because their local governments didn’t approve of their Christian faith. And, I think it goes without saying that these horrible women would never stand with women who choose to own guns to protect them from sexual and other types of assault.

These anti-Trump women marchers are nothing but vindictive, only standing up for women who agree with them. Those who disagree with them, be damned. You march for the women who want the government a hand out of free birth control pills, just like animals who can’t control their behavior because hormones rule.

According to Ms. Wheeler, and I agree with her 100 percent, the anti-Trump women marchers think they’re irreplaceable to the extent that the United States economy would collapse because they chose to do nothing or attend a protest for one day. Well, let me tell you disgusting women something. Your little strike didn’t exactly cause the U.S. economy to collapse. If fact, your little strike did nothing except maybe cause hardship to some lower income women who followed your lead. If any women lost their jobs because they thought it was okay to just not show up for work, it’s 100 percent your fault and that of the Democrat party.

And while I’m listing the women who are in danger that you’re not representing, let me list one last group: Those 29 or so million girls who never had the right to exercise their freedoms. Never received life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness.

One of the ways the anti-trump women marchers used to identify themselves on March 8 was to wear red. Red is my favorite color because red is one of the colors of my school, the University of Alabama, the Crimson Tide. Red means bold and winning. You anti-Trump women marchers are anything but. You’re an embarrassment and turned International Women’s Day, what could have been a fun day to do lunch and other things, into something bad.

You anti-Trump women marchers have set good and decent women back a generation. All you can do is put on your imbecilic vagina hats and dress up like crotches, demanding free birth control. But the rest of us women are strong and invincible. We’ll regain our rightful places quickly in spite of what you are doing to destroy us.

DONALD TRUMP: HOW WILL HE DO AS PRESIDENT?

As I’ve said many times, Donald Trump was not my first choice for the Republican nominee for President of the United States.

When Donald Trump became the nominee, I supported him fully. Through the months of campaigning against Hillary Clinton, I really started to like him and felt that he just might be the best candidate for the United States at this point in history.

Having said the above, we’re still moving into unknown territory. Donald Trump is one of the planet’s great businessmen, but can he adapt to the public sector. The public sector and the private sector are two completely different “animals.” Not only do they operate differently, behavior in one is not necessarily acceptable behavior in the other.

Democrats have attempted to make hay by pointing out the number of lawsuits and bankruptcies filed against and by Trump business entities. Because Democrats generally gravitate to the public sector for jobs, rather that the private sector, many of them know nothing about business. Even the smaller companies have lawsuits filed against them, sometimes, depending on the nature of the operation, on a regular basis. Bankruptcies are filed by companies and subsidiaries of companies for various reasons. It doesn’t necessarily mean the owners have run the company into the ground financially. So when I hear that the Trump companies have lawsuits filed against them and have at times declared bankruptcy, that’s just a day in the life of big business.

President Trump is used to getting his way. When he says jump, those under him say, “How high?” It doesn’t work that way in government. It’s no secret that the Democrats in Congress are going to fight him tooth and nail on everything. They are not interested in working together to get things done, and Republicans are wasting their time and energy by asking them to do so. Furthermore, many Republicans fought him while he was campaigning for the nomination and many refused to support him for the presidency.

President Trump has now been in office a week and has signed many executive orders, many of which are purposed to un-do the toxic executive orders of former president, Barack Obama. These orders are related to Obamacare, foreign policy, the environment, and immigration. In addition to implementing many executive orders, President Trump is taking steps to implement legislation as relates to Obamacare, the economy, foreign policy, etc. Most of his actions are delighting the right and pushing the left into further depression following their big losses in November 2016.

President Trump is keeping his promises and attacking a media that has historically been sympathetic to the left. But how good will he be as a president? Will his plans for taxes, trade, and the economy create jobs and give birth to prosperity among the middle class? Will the wall that he promises to build on the Mexican border effectively diminish the flow of drugs and criminals into the United States from Mexico? Will his programs such as the wall and the revitalization of the country’s infrastructure add to the deficit and the national debt in the same manner Obama’s stimulus packages and Obamacare did? Or will the jobs he hopes to create with lower taxes translate into increased revenue to the Fed allowing the additional spending to be covered without creating a deficit?

These answers are left to be seen. As I indicated earlier, President Trump is a businessman and he is going to operate like a businessman. He will call things as he sees them, political correctness be damned. I like the initial way he’s dealing with the media. I certainly believe in a free press and don’t want any sort of filters put on the information that is released to the public. But, if the media lies and makes up news in order to be first to release a story, and that news is wrong, it should be called out.

Donald Trump was right to call out the media on Sunday after taking office on Friday for the lie about him removing the bust of Dr. Martin Luther King from the Oval Office. He was also correct in calling out the media for the crowd size comparison between Barack Obama’s first inauguration and his inauguration. These two rather simplistic incidents should serve to put the media on notice that lies and half-truths will not be tolerated in this administration.

No one knows what the stock market will look like six months from now, nor will we know what the price of gas is going to be, what the unemployment rate is going to be, or the status of ISIS and other Islamic terrorist groups. What we do know is that the policies being put in place by President Donald Trump are diametrically opposite to the policies of former President Barack Obama. The left has consistently trashed conservatism and claims that any tax cuts, even if they affect everyone who pays taxes are tax cuts for the rich. Let’s see if they try that with the new president.

We have bold new leadership in the Oval office. Let’s see who’s right.

THE FAILED PRESIDENCY OF BARAK OBAMA – PART ONE

Over the next week, between now and Christmas, I will write a series of articles on the failed presidency of Barak Obama.

According to thefederalist.com, Barak Obama has failed as president in ten ways (Article dated Sept. 16, 2014):

  • He didn’t heal racial divisions: While Obama did indicate a desire for a “purple America” instead of a red America and a blue America, he has done the opposite of bringing people of different races together as one. Instead, he has taken the United States of America back to the mid-sixties/early seventies with respect to race relations. His disastrous record on race dates back to an early point in his presidency when he rushed to judgement indicating that the police had acted “stupidly” in the arrest of Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates by police Sargent James Crowley when Gates was entering his home after being away on a business trip. According to Wikipedia, Sgt. Crowley was responding to a call by a neighbor that someone was breaking into Gates’ house. Jumping to conclusions without knowing all the facts, Obama not only besmirched our nation’s police force, but began what was certainly a premeditated effort to divide this country along racial lines. Furthermore, Barak Obama has continued to divide this country along racial lines and I don’t expect him to stop anytime soon, even after he leaves office in January 2017.
  • The so-called stimulus package didn’t stimulate: Barak Obama was elected in the wake of the 2008 financial crash. Accordingly, in what was his first major act as president, he signed into an enormous spending package, adding onto our national debt. This package was supposed to jump-start the economy. Part of this stimulus package was supposed to contain “shovel-ready” projects, which Obama later admitted didn’t exist, but the billions of dollars spent disappeared without a trace. It seems like every summer we were promised a “recovery summer” where growth and employment was supposed to take off? Sadly, during the Obama presidency, the percentage of people working in the labor force actually declined. No one disputes that the economy was in crisis when Obama assumed the presidency. But he has presided over the slowest, weakest, economy recovery since the great depression.
  • Financial Reform didn’t reform: Obama assured us that we would never repeat the problems that led to the financial crisis and the recession in the first place. But the Dodd-Frank financial reforms didn’t reform anything. Instead, they created several thousand pages of new legislation and many, many more new executive branch regulations. These regulations have muddled the rules rather than clarify them. The old system in which a handful of giant financial institutions were considered too big to fail, and this could depend on the rest of us to bail them out, is alive and well.
  • The Obamacare disaster: The disastrous launch of Obamacare reminded us of everything that’s wrong with big government. No one in the administration, not even one Democrat was held accountable. I was a software engineer at the time the website was rolled out. It was unfathomable. Who was writing the code? I could have joined with five or six of my colleagues and had this out in six months and for a lot less money than was spent. The Obama administration further assured us that insurance coverage for 32 million uninsured would be provided. After four years, Obamacare had only covered between 10% and 20% of what was promised. Also, about half of those were covered through an expansion of Medicaid, a burden that would bankrupt the states, rather than through Obamacare’s Insurance Exchanges. We were lied to when we were told that if we liked our plan, we could keep our plan. We were also lied to when we were told that our premiums would substantially decrease. Many of us are paying huge premiums with enormous deductibles. If we were to need serious medical help, we could face financial ruin.
  • Obama failed to reform immigration: Per the Federalist, Obama spend all of his political capital on the failed stimulus and Obamacare, leaving nothing for immigration reform. Because he was unable to get anything through Congress, he floated a dubious plan to enact amnesty through a unilateral executive order that he doesn’t have. Instead, he failed to enforce the nation’s immigration laws, contributing to a crisis on the southern border. Thus, he has managed to enrage the right, the left, and the middle. He hasn’t cracked down on illegal immigration, he hasn’t legalized it, and he hasn’t forged any kind of compromise or consensus on the issue. Nothing has been accomplished.
  • He withdrew prematurely from Iraq: Obama was so eager to distance himself from George W. Bush that he pulled all of our troops out of Iraq as soon as possible. Furthermore, he totally ignored the country, even as a terrorist threat re-established itself there. For most of 2014, he downplayed the rise of the Islamic State, calling the JV. He later admitted to having no strategy for dealing with ISIS, but hastily put a plan together. Obviously, it didn’t work and ISIS is now in the United States and continues to flourish, and have been the root of several terrorist attacks taking place in the U.S., including those in San Bernardino and Orlando.
  • He blew the Arab Spring: When a series of uprisings overthrew dictators across the Middle East, Obama failed to adopt any meaningful policy or turn the situation to our advantage. He did nothing for so long with respect to Egypt that all of the factions there hate him, and most of Egypt’s liberals concluded that he was secretly backing the Muslim Brotherhood. As a result, Egypt went back to where it was, except this time, the military dictatorship regards the United States as a useless and irrelevant ally. Unfortunately, the two places where we could have taken advantage of the Arab Spring and rid these countries of evil dictators, Libya and Syria, ended in disaster. In Libya, the killing of our ambassador in Benghazi was just the beginning of a slow collapse into chaos and civil war. In Syria, three years of doing nothing allowed the rise of ISIS, which then spilled over into Iraq. And something many have forgotten about: In 2009, Iranians poured into the streets to oppose their own brutal theocratic, terror sponsoring regime, Obama sat back passively because he preferred to cut a diplomatic deal with the ayatollahs.
  • Obama ignored the threat of a resurgent Russian dictatorship: During a debate with Mitt Romney in 20012, Obama dismissed Romney’s suggestion that Russia might be a threat to American interests. As of September 2014, the president’s response to Russian aggression has been to impose a few more sanctions, make a speech in Estonia, and otherwise ignore the crisis and hope it goes away.
  • He didn’t shut down Guantanamo, keep the Russians from spying, or rein in the drones. Obama came into office having loudly condemned many of the Bush administration’s measures against terrorism. Then he continued them. It is the opinion of author, Robert Tracinski, that Obama has achieved a unique combination, managing to morally discredit America’s anti-terrorism policies without truly ending them.
  • He has made America irrelevant: Most of Obama’s failures have resulted not from taking a bold stand, but from taking no stand and just letting events drift. In many cases, he has given speeches or press conferences to announce his enlightened intentions, then did nothing to plan for how he was going to achieve his goals. In addition to his failures with the Arab Spring, the Ukraine, and Iraq, for most of his presidency, Obama has declared his intentions to “pivot to Asia,” extricating himself from the Middle East and focusing on bolstering our Pacific allies to peacefully manage the rise of China. He never did it and let the Asia pivot die of neglect.

When you combine the above with his frequent vacations, golf outings, and his fascination with the trappings of pop-culture celebrity, you get the impression that Obama has lost interest in being president or unable to handle the responsibility.

He was originally elected based on celebrity, on vague slogans of “hope and change,” on a sense of self-congratulatory smugness about how progressive and enlightened we would all be if we voted for him. He was re-elected on all of that, plus the smearing of his political opposition as racists and mean rich white guys.

HOW FAR WILL PRESIDENT TRUMP GO TO PROSECUTE HRC?

For at least the first fifteen minutes of her Fox Cable News show, The Kelly File, host Megyn Kelly dwelled ad museum regarding President Elect, Donald Trump’s possible backing off from the prosecution of Hillary Clinton for illegal activities in connection with using a private email server while serving as Secretary of State and the Clinton Foundation.

Ms. Kelly interviewed various individuals and insinuated that Mr. Trump was breaking a major campaign promise in being reluctant to talk about how he might prosecute HRC (Hillary Rodham Clinton). Because this was getting old, I chose to retire to my office and write about it.

I supported Donald Trump, not only because he ran as a Republican and I would rather dress in blue and orange and yell “War Eagle” than vote Democrat, but because he promised to repeal and/or replace Obamacare, to lower the corporate income tax rate, to bring manufacturing jobs back to the United States, undo all of the executive orders signed by Barak Obama creating burdensome regulations, and destroy ISIS and other Islamic terrorist groups.

During the campaign, candidate Donald Trump indicated that he wanted to put Hillary Clinton in jail for her crimes. Chants of “Lock her up” were even heard at many of his rallies. While I think it would be nice to see HRC behind bars, there are other things more important as Donald Trump makes a valiant effort to save this country from the abyss in which Barak Obama had the United States headed.

Let’s be realistic. How many times during the course of your life have you wanted to harm someone, really harm them? Maybe it was a boss, maybe it was a classmate, maybe it was a parent or another family member, or maybe it was a neighbor. It was someone who had “done you wrong” and you were out for revenge.

In my first fiction novel, three classmates of the main character, Kristie, hated her so much that they planned to kidnap her and force her to drink straight whiskey until she passed out. After she passed out, they were going to tie her up and throw her into some snaky woods by a local creek in hope that she would get bit to death by poisonous snakes. When it came time to do the insidious deed, all three boys backed off. As much as they hated Kristie, they couldn’t do that to her. Maybe Donald Trump is not prepared to do prosecute HRC. Maybe since he won the presidency, getting back at her is just not that important. Maybe saving this country and giving the American people a chance at the America dream is more important that a lengthy protracted trial that’s sure to detract from his mission to make America great again.

Donald Trump was elected to the presidency of the United States a mere two weeks ago, and already the press is disparaging him about his waffling on the prosecution of Hillary Clinton. Why? What does it matter? There are so many other things that need to be done in order to get this country out of free fall. Let’s concentrate on those things and hold him accountable in those areas. Then if enough time is left, maybe prosecute HRC.
