According to PJ Media, after an all-night marathon by Senate Democrats holding the floor to protest the nomination of school-choice advocate Betsy DeVos, Vice President, Mike Pence, was brought in to break a Senate tie and confirm President Trump’s cabinet pick for Secretary of Education.

Pence Breaks Senate Tie to Confirm Betsy DeVos

It was the first time the Senate historian could remember a vice president needing to break a tie on a cabinet confirmation. The 50-50 vote was the result of the promised “no” votes from Republican Senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski. Both of these senators have been referred to in the past as RINOs, Republican in name only. Susan Collins, Senator from Main, stated that she was troubled and surprised by Mrs. DeVos’ lack of familiarity with the landmark 1975 law, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Senator Collins also said that she was concerned with Mrs. Devos’ lack of experience with public schools. Senator Murkowski, from Alaska, indicated that she was concerned about Betsy DeVos’ support for public schools, saying Trump’s pick has been “so involved in one side of the equation – s immersed in the push for vouchers – that she may be unaware of what actually is succesfull in the public schools, and what is broken, or how to fix them.

Now that Betsy DeVos has been confirmed by the Senate, here are seven lies, according to PJ Media that the Democrats have spread about the nation’s new Secretary of Education. 7 Desperate Liberal Lies About Trump’s Education Pick Betsy DeVos

  1. She’s against public education. USA Today senior political reporter, Heidi Przybyla, on MSNBC’s Hardball with Chris Matthews, declared that Betsy DeVos is very much against public education. The Washington Post’s, Valerie Strauss wrote a story entitled, “To Trump’s education pick, the U.S. public school system is a ‘dead end.’” Strauss bot her ammunition from a speech given by DeVos at South by Southwest in Texas in 2015 where Devos stated, “We are beneficiaries of start-ups, ventures, and innovation in every other area of life, but we don’t have that in education because it’s a closed system, a closed industry, a closed market, a monopoly, a dead end.” However, according to PJ Media, DeVos wasn’t condemning the U.S. education system, she was supporting reforms to being in more choice. Per Ed Patru, spokesman for Friends of Betsy DeVos, Strauss knew full well that Betsy doesn’t believe public schools are a dead end, but she ran the headline anyway. Patru further indicated that Strauss took a quote, divorced it from context, and then labeled Betsy an opponent of public education. Patru continued to indicated in the PJ Media article that DeVos does not push for school choice in the thousands of school districts across the country where public schools are doing a great job.
  2. She’s got an unfair donor advantage. The New Yorker’s Jane Mayer wrote an expose’ about Betsy DeVos, labeling her “Trump’s Big-Donor Education Secretary.” Mayer used DeVos’ record of contributing heavily to conservative causes to attack Trump, whose campaign attacked “the donor class” during the election. DeVos is, indeed, a big donor and has been attacked on that score for quite a while. “I have decided to stop taking offense at the suggestion that we are buying influence,” she wrote in a 1997 article for Roll Call. “Now, I simply concede the point. They are right. We do expect something in return. We expect to foster a conservative governing philosophy consisting of limited government and respect for traditional American virtues. We expect a return on our investment.
  3. She’s against all regulation. The New York Times’ Katie Zernike painted DeVos as an anti-regulation extremist. “A believer in a freer market than even some free market economists would endorse, Ms. DeVos pushed back on any regulation as too much regulation. Charter schools should be allowed to operate as they wish,” Zernike wrote. This was an organized labor talking point verbatim, Patru told PJ Media. Patru further indicated that Ms. Zernike’s story was well-reported but completely one-sided because it made no attempt to understand or explain shy Ms. DeVos opposed a labor supported plan to create a third bureaucracy overseeing charter schools in Detroit. What Ms. DeVos opposed, Patru explained, wasn’t oversight itself, but rather a double standard for public and charter schools: It wasn’t because Betsy was opposed to oversight, it was because Betsy was opposed to imposing additional oversight on charters while Detroit public schools have none. One hundred charter schools have closed in Michigan, but not a single traditional public school has closed.
  4. She’s an elitist. The New Yorker’s Rebecca Mead, after noting that DeVos has no ties to Putin and has not actively called for the dismantling of the department she was chose to lead, went on to suggest that her history made her unqualified to run the department. “Devos has never taught in a public school, never administered one, nor sent her children to one.” Patru replied, “Neither Obama, nor Hillary were ever said to be unqualified to lead on education issues, despite the fact that they both sent their kids to private school and never seriously considered enrolling their kids in DC public schools. In 2015, Obama Education Secretary Arne Duncan pulled his children out of public school and put them in private school. Education Secretary, John B. King, the last in the Obama administration credited his public school teachers with his success, but even he is a proponent of charter schools and helped to found one. Does this make him an unqualified elitist?
  5. She’s a racist. Of course, no one on the left when trashing someone on the right leaves out the racist accusation whether or not it’s a valid accusation. Plus, liberals make up the definition or racism as they go along to whatever suits their needs of the moment. The New York Times’ Katie Zernike quoted Tonya Allen, president of the Detroit non-profit, Skillman Foundation as follows: “If she was showing herself present in places and learning from the practitioners, that’s a fine combination, but Betsy never showed up in Detroit. She was eager to impose experimentation on students that she has not spent time with and children that she does not have consequence for.” Patru indicated that this was an obvious insinuation that DeVos is racist, considering lack children unworthy of her care. Patru further indicated that while this racial line of attack has not been explicit, it could not be further from the truth, and pointed out the broad base of support she has earned among African Americans, urban Democrats, Latinos, and other minorities because of her work in promoting educational equality.
  6. She is a religious extremist. This is another standard attack by liberals regarding those they hate. Shortly after then President-elect Trump announced DeVos as his education pick, liberals launched a coordinated attack branding her as a religious extremist. The ACLU of Michigan said her support for school vouchers perverts the bedrock American value of separation of church and state, because vouchers allow parents to choose religious schools. The head of Americans United for Separation of Church and State argued that DeVos fought to divert resources away from public schools into private, mostly religious institutions, adding that she is the leader of the crusade to create school vouchers across the country. Other journalists joined in this attach. Katherine Stewart of The New York Times thought it necessary to roll out a 30-year quote from a pastor distantly related to Mrs. Devos. And she even described DeVos as a member of a fringe religious group aiming to enforce “biblical laws” and replace public schools with all-religious schools, an obvious ridiculous statement. Patru further indicated that Betsy has never and will never attempt to impose her personal beliefs on anyone. To the contrary, she has been an outspoken advocate for empowering parents to choose how their children are educated.
  7. She supports child labor. After DeVos was chosen by trump, Alana Horowitz Satlin, assignment editor at the Huffington Post, breathlessly informed Americans of a horrible secret: Group Funded by Trump’s Education Secretary Pick, “Bring back child labor.” It seems as though Satlin was terrified that DeVos would put kids back in the coal mines and the 19th century factories. There were lots of problems with this narrative. First, it was never even DeVos making the argument. While she was an Acton Institute board member for ten years, and her family’s foundation had donated money to the group, the article arguing for child labor was written by Joseph Sunde, a project coordinator at the Acton Institute. Furthermore, Sunde was arguing that teenagers should be more able and probably encouraged to work a few hours a week at at fast-food restaurant or grocery store.

The fact that all liberals, including the teachers’ unions hate Betsy DeVos is a good thing in her favor. Furthermore, I agree with her statement that there have been major innovations in most occupations and institutions except public education, due, in part, to the teachers’ unions who don’t want any changes in innovation, technology, etc in the classroom. I believe if most had their way, they would still be working out of the old teacher grade books, averaging grades using a hand-held calculator, and filling out report cards by hand. Of course, they would still “bitch” about all the work they had to do and somehow blame those of us who work just has hard, if not harder in the private sector, for not wanting to pay extra taxes for their raises.

Most of us, in our chosen fields, have had to undergo changes. Sometimes we resisted, only to determine later that the changes were good things. Sometimes we resisted and the change was not a good thing. But bottom line, we had to accept those changes whether we want to or not.

Teachers are always holding themselves out to be morally and intellectually superior to the rest of us, and to be unsympathetic to the plight of teachers is tantamount to pulling Santa Claus’ beard. However, the foul language and hate that they have shown toward conservatives who support Betsy DeVos is almost unmatched to the vitriol that I see every day on social media from the left. Public school teachers, especially those who espouse teachers’ unions are neither morally or intellectually superior to the rest of us. In fact, just the opposite is true.

According to the Huffington Post, in an article dated December 2, 2017, Chip and Joanna Gaines, the realty TV couple who are the starts of HGTV’s popular home renovation series, “Fixer Upper,” attend an anti-gay church. Furthermore, HuffPo feels that this matters with respect to the Gaines’ hosting of the TV show and it matters for anyone attending a church that uses the Bible to justify discrimination. On a similar, but not identical note, President Barak Obama, for twenty years attended the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago’s south side where the Reverend Jeremiah Wright was the ministered. Rev. Wright married Obama and his wife, Michelle, and baptized their two daughters. Reverend Wright has said that blacks should not sing “God Bless America,” but “God damn America.” Obama gets a pass on attending a church where controversial messages are common, but Chip and Joanna Gaines are demonized for attending a church that teaches the Word of God.  Sounds like a double standard to me. How about you?

According to ABC News, a review of dozens of Rev. Wright’s sermons, offered for sale by the church, found repeated denunciations of the U.S. based on what he described as his reading of the Gospels and the treatment of black Americans.

ABC News in an article dated March 13, 2008, quotes Rev. Wright saying the following. “The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law, and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America, that’s in the Bible for killing innocent people. God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.” In addition to damning America, he told his congregation on the Sunday after 9/11/2001 that the United States had brought on al Qaeda’s attacks because of its own terrorism. “We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye,” Reverend Wright said in his 9/16/2011 sermon. Obama, who claimed he didn’t attend Trinity on 9/16/2011 brushed off Rev. Wright’s comments saying he was probably trying to be provocative.

Rev. Wright retired from the Trinity Church in 2008 had a large following with one congregation member indicating that his sermons weren’t really radical, as many have proclaimed, but were simply about being black in America.

While the Huffington Post admits that the Gaines’ have not used their show as a “platform for spreading hateful messages about queer people,” believes that it does matter. In other words, while Obama was free to attend the church of his choice without repercussions, even though he was a candidate for President of the United States, a country besmirched by Rev. Wright, Chip and Joanna Gaines, TV stars are not free to attend the church of their choice and should be punished for it. Sounds like a double standard to me.

The controversy about the Gaines’ began after a Buzzfeed reporter tried and failed to get a definitive answer from the couple regarding their personal stance on same-sex relations. Instead, the publication made claims based on old sermons and statements from the couple’s church, Antioch Community Church, and its pastor, Jimmy Seibert. The Texas-based church promotes the view that same-sex marriage is un-Biblical and that people can choose to walk away from the “homosexual lifestyle.”

The “tolerant” left has always insisted that anyone who believes that marriage should be between one man and one woman is a homophobe and should be destroyed. That, of course, isn’t true, as are most proclamations from the left. True Christians believe that homosexuality is a sin against God and that same-sex marriage is further a sin against God. However, Christians do not hate homosexuals. God tells us that we should love our fellow man, and that we are all sinners and have fallen short of the glory of God. In my church, we have often prayed for homosexuals.

During the presidential campaign of 2008, I asked a liberal friend about Rev. Wright. She immediately responded that she didn’t always agree with her minister, hinting that someone as wonderful as Barak Obama probably did not agree with Rev. Wright’s statements. That would be a reasonable response, except that BHO had been attending Trinity Church for approximately twenty years.

My connection of the Gaines’ attending a church where homosexuality is considered a sin against God, and Obama, as State and U.S. Senator and eventually President of the United States, attending a church where the minister has often said things that a reasonable prudent person would interpret as un-American is a valid one, though not a straight connection of the dots, in my opinion.

As I indicated above, liberals brushed off Obama’s attending the Rev. Wright’s church, but are hollering to the tops of their lungs about TV stars on a cable channel attending a church that espouses issues with which they don’t agree. Double standard? I think so.

With so many investigations into the embassy attack at Benghazi which took place on September 11, 2012, liberals often ask where was the outrage by the GOP and where was Fox News with regard to the thirteen embassy attacks that happened during the presidency of George W. Bush?

As you can see, the following is a list of the embassy bombings taking place during Bush’s term, including the number of folks killed, courtesy of the Huffington Post. The image also indicates that there were no Republicans outraged and sixty total deaths.

List if Enbasst Attacks on George W. Bush's Watch.

The title of the Huff Post article is “13 Benghazis that Occurred on Bush’s Watch without a Peep from Fox News.” Other left wing sites picked this up.

  1. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: January 22, 2022, Calcutta, India. Gunmen associated with Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami attack the U.S. Consulate. Five people were killed, but none of them were Americans.
  2. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: June 14, 2002, Karachi, Pakistan. Suicide bomber connected with al Qaeda attacks the U.S. Consulate, killing 12 and injuring 51. None were American.
  3. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: October 12, 2002: Denpasar, Indonesia. U.S. diplomatic offices were bombed as a part of a string of “Bali Combings.” No fatalities.
  4. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: February 28, 2005: Islamabad, Pakistan. Several gunmen fir upon the U.S. Embassy. Two people are killed, but none of them were Americans.
  5. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: May 12, 2005, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Armed al Qaeda terrorists storm the diplomatic compound, killing 36 people, including nine Americans. The assailants committed suicide by detonating a truck bomb. After numerous State Department warnings, and Saudi Arabia investigating al Qaeda for a potential planned attack, three defense compounds were assaulted with car bombs and armed attackers. Nine defense contractors were killed. President Bush immediately called the attack part of the “war on terror,” and two of the attackers that survived the raid were killed by Saudi police forces.
  6. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: July 30, 2004, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. A suicide bomber from the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan attacks the U.S. Embassy, killing two people. None were Americans.
  7. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: December 6, 2004, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Al Qaeda terrorists storm the U.S. Consulate and occupy the perimeter wall. Nine people were killed, none of them were Americans.
  8. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: March 2, 2006. Karachi, Pakistan. Suicide bomber attacks the U.S. Consulate killing four people, including U.S. diplomat David Foy who was directly targeted by the attackers. So, one U.S. Diplomat was killed. Finally something that’s like Benghazi, except that the Ambassador wasn’t missing, he was killed instantly. There wasn’t an eight hour long siege, an AWOL president and Secretary of State, or service personnel hung out to dry with no rescue attempt. It wasn’t a recent warzone, and there weren’t requests for additional security turned down. Also no one falsely blamed a video for causing a non-existent protest.
  9. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: September 12, 2006, Damascus, Syria. Four armed gunmen shouting “Allahu akbar” storm the U.S. Embassy using grenades, automatic weapons, a car bomb, and a truck bomb. Four people were killed and 13 were wounded. None were American.
  10. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: January 12, 2007. Athens, Greece. Members of a Greek terrorist group called the Revolutionary Struggle, fire a rocket-propelled grenade at the U.S. Embassy. No fatalities.
  11. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: March 18, 2008. Sana’a Yemen. Members of the al-Qaeda linked Islamic Jihad of Yemen fire a mortar at the U.S. Embassy. The shot misses the embassy, but hits nearby school killing two. None were American.
  12. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: July 9, 2008. Instanbul, Turkey. Four armed terrorists attacked the U.S. Consulate. Six people were killed, but none of them were Americans.
  13. HUFFPO: This was just like Benghazi: September 17, 2008. Sana’a Yemen. Terrorists dressed as military officials attack the U.S. Embassy with an arsenal of weapons including RPGs and detonate two car bombs. Sixteen people were killed, including an American student and her husband. This was the second attack on this embassy in seven months. In reality, none were Americans. This last one is contradictory, no embassy officials were killed or missing, and the killings took place in a matter of minutes.

Was this an attempt by the Huffington Post and other websites to mislead the American public? Or was it an attempt at persuading Americans to dismiss further inquiry into how the Benghazi terror attack was handled and reported to the public?

While I can’t say this for sure, it looks like President Bush was on top of things when these incidents took place, not hiding out someplace.

If President Obama had been forthright and if there was evidence that Secretary Clinton had responded in a timely manner, taking steps to send the requested security, and Benghazi still happened, I can guarantee you, there would have been little or no investigation into possible wrongdoing by the president of the secretary.

Last week I posted an article, the first one in weeks, regarding the chilling things that current president, Barak Obama, is doing in his efforts to destroy the United States of America. Today, I am authoring another article illustrating yet another example of the overt actions this president is utilizing to destroy our great country.

I have written on many occasions about the right that the citizens of the United States have to criticize and hold their government officials accountable. If you don’t like the government, you have every right to say you don’t like it without fear of reprisal. Yes, without fear of reprisal until recently, that is.

Remember “Joe, the Plumber?” During the 2008 presidential campaign, Joe asked candidate Obama a rather tough question regarding the candidate’s stand on re-distribution of wealth where the candidate actually indicated that one of his goals as president would be to re-distribute wealth away from the nation’s wealthiest to the middle and lower classes.

This question was an embarrassment to candidate Obama and angered Obama supporters. On Obama supporter, a city clerk in Cleveland, Ohio, decided to see what information she could unearth about ole Joe and publicize it. As it turned out, Joe had some skeletons in his closet that the “tolerant left” jumped upon in their efforts to destroy Joe.  As recently as July 2015, Huffington Post ran a hit piece on Joe, the Plumber, calling him abysmally ignorant and suffocatingly arrogant.

Now, Joe was not picked up in the middle of the night, taken to a gulag and never heard from again; but he was certainly denigrated. You may say that Joe was a fake and a fraud, but did he deserve what the city clerk in Cleveland did to him? Absolutely not! If this had been a Democrat asking a touch question of a Republican candidate, that Democrat would have received many accolades from the left.

In addition to the defaming of Joe, the Plumber, the current president has asked his supporters to listen carefully and take note of any criticisms his detractors may come up with. While the current president didn’t go so far as to ask his supporters to send him the names and the contact information of those folks, we’re headed down that road.

After having expressed these chilling things to a liberal Obama supporting friend over dinner several years ago, she promptly replied that this wasn’t going to happen because Obama was so wonderful that he wouldn’t do anything such as what I was saying. In other words, anything Obama says and does is wonderful and shouldn’t be questioned. I have news for this friend. The government of the United States of America was set up so that our elected officials are constantly held accountable for their actions.

Since the 2008 incident involving Joe, the Plumber, many attempts have been made and are currently being made by the “tolerant left” to destroy those who don’t agree with their political philosophies. In fact, things have developed since Obama assumed the presidency that are so much worse that I’m feeling the oppressiveness of this administration and the “tolerant left,” and I’m not the only one. Furthermore, the left has been at work eroding our freedoms at a pace so gradual that we’re not even aware of what’s taking place until we think back a decade or so.

In today’s politically correct world created by the “tolerant left,” you can be damaged by making the statement that you believe that marriage should be between one man and one woman or that you believe that one should use the restroom of their original gender.

There was a post on my personal Facebook page indicating that the United States of America is a country of approximately 320 million people and still we can’t come up with a better presidential election ticket than Clinton vs. Trump. At a time when we need good leadership to take us back to the principles upon which this country was founded, we don’t have it. So, what’s in our future? Sadly, I don’t know.

I’ve been critical of Americans, both conservatives and liberals for continuing the discussions on the Confederate flag while the United States of America continues to burn. As a Christian, I don’t believe in coincidences. Instead, I believe that things happen because of God’s will. So, while we’re mired in discussions about the Confederate flag, the erasing of history surrounding the splitting up of the nation and the ensuing civil war, and the coming together of the American states after the war, things are happening that will soon have us all wondering about what happened to the United States of America.

A couple of months ago, I was talking to a low information voter friend who said she thought all issues with Iran had been resolved and we didn’t have to worry about that country any longer. I just about choked. I had to resist telling my friend that it was because of people like her that we have a President like the one we have. Thank goodness we live in Alabama where her democrat vote for president doesn’t count.

According to USA Today, the United States wants to ensure Iran’s nuclear program is just for peaceful civilian purposes with Iran saying it wants to produce its own nuclear fuel for domestic energy, scientific and medical purposes. Iran also indicated that would accept certain limits to a fuel production program it considers it considers its sovereign right, in return for the lifting of international sanctions that have crippled its economy.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu sees a potential Iranian nuclear weapon as an existential threat to nearby Israel, so he worries that any deal allowing Iran to produce nuclear fuel poses the risk that Iran will be able to create a secret weapons’ program.

Congressional Democrats gave the current president a March 24 deadline to reach a framework agreement. At that point, they will join Republican colleagues to consider increasing sanctions on Iran. Those favoring tougher sanctions say they are needed to prod Iran into an acceptable accord, but the current President says increased sanctions would derail the talks. As such, the current President asked Congress to hold off on new sanctions until after the deadline for a comprehensive agreement of June 30.

It’s now July 13. According to Huffington Post, negotiators at the Iran nuclear talks plan to announce today that they’ve reached a historic deal capping nearly a decade of diplomacy that would curb the country’s atomic program in return for sanctions relief, two diplomats told the Associated Press yesterday. A senior U.S. official declined to speculate as to the timing of any agreement of announcement, but said “major issues remain to be resolved.”

The pact is meant to impose long-term, verifiable limits on nuclear programs that Tehran could modify to produce nuclear weapons. Iran, in return would get tens of billions of dollars in sanctions relief.

The current President has indicated that he would not allow Iran to procure a nuclear weapon. I don’t know about you, but I feel so comforted. Has this President every told us the truth about anything? Is the rogue regime of Iran going to abide by any agreement? Of course not!

However, a nuclear deal will face serious scrutiny from members of Congress. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman, Bob Corker, said that he remains skeptical about a possible deal. This is something that those of us who consider ourselves politically astute must keep watching and not get distracted by what’s offending who and why.

Another issue that is taking place while we’re distracted is the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Trade Promotion Authority (TPA). The TPA has passed in the House of Representatives and in the Senate. According to Senator Jeff Sessions’ website, it eliminates Congress’ ability to amend or debate trade implementing legislation and guarantees an up or down vote on a far-reaching international agreement before that agreement has received any public view. Not only will Congress have given up the 67-vote threshold for a treaty and the 60-vote threshold for important legislation, but will have even given up the opportunity for amendment and the committee review process that both insure member participation. This applies not only to the Trans Pacific Partnership, but all international trade agreements during the life of the TPA.

According to a USTR outline of the TPP, the TPP is a living agreement which the President could update as appropriate to address trade issues that emerge in the future as well as new issues that arise with the expansion of the agreement to include new countries. The living agreement provision means that participating nations could both add countries to the TPP without Congressional approval and could also change any of the terms of the agreement.

The Congressional Research Service reports that if the United States signs on to an international trade agreement, the implementing legislation of that trade agreement would supersede conflicting federal, state, and local laws. When this occurs, U.S. workers may be subject to sudden changes in tariffs, regulations, or dispute resolution proceedings in international tribunals outside the U.S. Can you say bye-bye to our sovereignty?
Information on Senator Sessions’ website further indicates that the biggest open secret in the international market is that other countries are devaluing their currencies to artificially lower the price of their exports while artificially raising the price of out exports to them. The result has been a massive bleeding of domestic manufacturing wealth.

The above is a smattering of information regarding TPA/TPP, and it is my hope that you will be motivated to learn more about TPA and TPP. Senator Sessions’ has a summary on his website that is understandable.Senator Jeff Sessions

Having elaborated on the above, there are some disturbing items arising out of this Confederate flag controversy. We all know that the “tolerant left” is never satisfied when they get something they want. They wanted the Confederate flags removed from where they were flying over government buildings. I’ve also heard that they are wanting to make flying the Confederate flag a criminal offense. Each day the liberals come up with something new that should offend certain segments of society. For all intents and purposes, we have lost our freedom of speech. Now it seems like the left desires to erase the history surrounding the Civil War. Remember how Stalin erased history?

Yes, we should be mindful of everything coming out of the Confederate flag controversy, but there are other things going on that we must be mindful about also. If we get passed the Confederate flag controversy, we may very well discover that our leaders have accomplished their goal of the destruction of the United States of America.
