Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, began his acceptance speech stating that we’ll lead our country back to prosperity and peace and that we would be a country of law and order. He further indicated that the Republican convention occurred at a time of crisis for the nation with attacks on police, terrorism in our cities, violence in our streets, and chaos in our communities. Our way of life has been threatened. The above certainly indicates that our country is not a peaceful one.

In order to address the above issues, candidate Trump indicated that we needed a straightforward assessment of the state of our nation, and in doing this, we can’t afford to be smothered by political correctness.

Decades of progress made in lowering crime rates have now been reversed by this administration’s rollback of criminal enforcement. Last year homicides increased by 17% in America’s fifty largest cities, the largest increase in 25 years. In Washington D.C. killings have arisen by 50% and are up nearly 70% in Baltimore. In Obama’s hometown of Chicago, more than 2000 have been the victims of shootings this year alone, while more than 3,600 have been killed in the Chicago area since Obama became president.

The number of police officers killed in the line of duty has risen by almost 50%, compared to last year. Nearly 180,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records, ordered deported from this country are roaming free. The number of new illegal immigrant families who have crossed the border so far this year already exceeds the entire total from 2015.

Of course, presidential nomineeHillary Clinton mentioned nothing about the above in her speech except for a small blurb indicating that she wanted to reform our criminal justice system from end to end, and rebuild trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve. She wants to reform our criminal justice system, but the current system is the criminal justice system of soon to be ex-President Barak Obama. She’s pledged to continue the policies of Barak Obama and I would assume includes the criminal justice system, which is obviously corrupt, almost always excluding facts if a particular case involves a minority against someone white or a criminal against a law enforcement officer. That’s what liberals advocate. They don’t care about facts or evidence.

Other statistics quoted by Republican presidential nominee Trump include that nearly four in ten African American children are living in poverty while 58% of African American youth are not employed. Two million more Latinos are in poverty today than when Obama took office. Another 14 million Americans have left the workforce entirely. Household incomes are down more than $4000 since the year, 2000. Our manufacturing trade deficit has reached an all-time high. Obama has doubled our national debt to more than 19 million and we have nothing to show for it. Roads and bridges are falling apart. Airports are in third-world condition, and forty-three million Americans are on food stamps. To increase revenue to the federal government, Donald Trump plans to repeal Obamacare and replace it with something less costly and where the quality of healthcare will be higher. He also plans to lower taxes, not only on the middle class, but to cut the corporate tax rate so companies will have less of an incentive to take their operations out of the country.

Hillary states that she and those who are a part of her administration are going to build an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top. Isn’t that what Barak Obama was going to do, but his policies failed miserably in that regard? She also states that the economy is so much stronger than when Barak Obama first took office. Obama took office following the crash of 2008. Up until then the economy was doing well. Granted the price of gas had risen. And we all know that if the price of gas rises during a Republican administration, it’s the fault of the Republican president, but if the price of gas rises during a Democrat administration, the president doesn’t have anything to do with gas prices. While yes, the crash occurred under George W. Bush’s watch, the root cause was the social engineering done during the Clinton administration where banks were forced to make high risk loans, so that people who couldn’t afford houses, could now purchase houses. See Wing Nut Gal: Democrat Lies about George W. Bush, Part Three.

There is no economy that will work for everyone. Due to her history and her writings, she favors socialism over our current capitalistic economic system. Capitalism doesn’t work for everyone, but it works for most and produces overall prosperity. Socialism works for no one except for the extreme lower income segment and then produces conditions only slightly above the poverty level for all except the very rich. To achieve her economy which “works for everyone,” she’s going to tax corporations and the super-rich. First of all, define super-rich for us? I believe the way Obama defined it would have a couple, a firefighter and a school teacher in New York City, defined as super-rich. And of course, let’s increase taxes on those evil corporations, corporations who hire people, give people raises, and provide healthcare for those people. Let’s have more and more people losing their jobs so that we can have more and more people on food stamps. In other words, more and more people on the government dole.

Hillary states that Democrats are the party of the working people. NOT TRUE! http://wingnutgal.com/ideology/another-reason-the-democrat-party-is-anti-middle-class/.

Trump went on to indicate that internationally, our citizens have lived through one humiliation after another, such as our sailors being forced to their knees by the Iranian captors at gunpoint, just prior to the signing of Obama’s nuclear deal, which gave back to Iran, $150 billion and gave us nothing resulting in one of the worst deals ever made by the American government. Another humiliation occurred when Obama drew a red line in Syria and the whole world know it meant nothing. In Libya, our consulate was brought down in flames. Trump concluded, like most of us, the world is far less stable since Obama made the decision to put Hillary Clinton in charge of America’s foreign policy.

In 2009, before Hillary, ISIS was not on the map. Libya was cooperating. Egypt was peaceful, and Iraq was seeing a reduction in violence. Iran was being choked by sanctions, Syria was under control. After four years of Hillary Clinton, ISIS has spread across the region and the world. Libya is in ruins, Ambassador Chris Stevens and his staff were left helpless to die at the hands of savage killers. Egypt was turned over to the radical Muslim brotherhood, forcing the military to retake control. Iraq is in chaos. Iran is on the path to nuclear weapons. Syria is engulfed in a civil war. The refugee crisis now threatens the west. The legacy of Hillary Clinton is death, destruction, and weakness.

According to Democrat presidential nominee, Hillary, She’s proud that we have put a lid on Iran’s nuclear program. Ugh! How clueless can you be? She did mention ISIS and her strategy for defeating ISIS will be to strike their sanctuaries from the air, and support local forces taking them out on the ground. We will increase the quality of our intelligence so that we will detect and prevent attacks before they happen. We will disrupt their efforts online to reach and radicalize young people in our country.

No mention of Syria and the refugee crisis, of Libya, and of the four dead in Benghazi, including Ambassador Chris Stevens. Not even a mention of the Muslim brotherhood in Egypt and the chaos in Iraq. If she’s elected, it looks like we will have more of the same with Hillary that we had with Obama, the failure to utter the words, “Islamic Terrorism,” the continuous lecturing to the American people to not judge Islam by the actions of a few, and the failure to take the threat of ISIS and other Islamic terrorist groups seriously. Instead, will we continue to blame Islamic terrorist attacks that take place on gun violence and call for more gun control laws?

Candidate Trump indicates that he plans to put America first, not globalism. He wants to make our neighborhoods safe, secure our borders, and protect us from terrorism. He will also outline reform to add millions of new jobs and trillions in wealth than can be used to rebuild America. While he doesn’t say how he’s going to do this, I have ascertained that he will increase revenues by decreasing taxes, thus allowing increases in wealth and higher tax revenues to the federal government. When more people have jobs and are prospering, more revenue to the government results.

Whenever Islamic terrorists pull off an attack on American soil, she will lecture us not to judge Muslims on the actions of a few. Subsequently, she will pontificate about gun violence in America and the need for more gun control. I also surmise than conservatives and Christians will somehow be blamed, even if the evidence clearly points to Islamic terrorism.

Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, stated that decades of record immigration have produced lower wages and higher unemployment rates for our citizens, especially for African-American and Latino workers. Thus, he is proposing an immigration system that works for the American people. He has indicated that he will build a wall on the Mexican border to stop illegal immigration and to stop the gangs, violence, and drugs from pouring into our communities. He has further indicated that we will stop, catch, and release on the border and will enforce rules for those who overstay their visas.

Hillary is proposing mass amnesty, mass immigration, and mass lawlessness. Her plan will overwhelm our schools and our hospitals.

Trump went on to indicate in his acceptance speech that he had made billions of dollars in business deals and now he wants to make the country rich again. America has lost nearly one-third of its manufacturing jobs since 1997, following the enactments of NAFTA, signed into law by then President Bill Clinton, and one of the worst economic deals ever made by our country.

Donald also indicated that he wouldn’t let companies move to other countries, firing their employees along the way, without consequences. But, if there’s no incentive for them to stay here, why shouldn’t they move. If he will follow through on his promise to lower the corporate tax rate and make this country a more corporation friendly nation, the migration to foreign safe havens will decrease.

Hillary supported NAFTA and China’s entrance into the World Trade Organization, another mistake. She also supported the job killing trade deal with South Korea and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Donald indicated that he would not sign any trade agreement that hurts our workers or diminishes our freedom and independence.

While Hillary Clinton has proposed a massive tax increase, Donald Trump has proposed the largest tax reduction of any candidate who has declared for the presidential race this year. Middle America will get tax relief and taxes will be simplified for everyone. America is one of the highest taxed nations in the world.

Hillary’s simplistic solution is to tax the super-rich and the evil corporation. Guess she doesn’t care how many Americans lose their jobs, don’t get raises, or have their benefits either reduced or eliminated altogether.

Excessive regulation is one of the greatest job killers according to Donald Trump, costing our country as much as $2 trillion a year. Donald has indicated that he will lift the restrictions on the production energy.

Hillary wants to put coal miners and steel workers out of work, but Donald Trump has so indicated that won’t happen. She’s said this time and time again, even before accepting the Democrat party’s nomination for president. She said in her speech that the Democrat party is for working Americans. To this, I’ve always said BS and will continue to say BS!

Hillary spent much time during her acceptance speech trying to humanize herself, talking about her marriage to Bill, her role as a parent, and her role as a grandmother. She also discussed this nation’s founding fathers, as did Barak Obama in his speech to the Democrat convention delegates and attendees. What gives? I didn’t think we could talk about the founding fathers because they owned slaves. Furthermore, didn’t Obama once say that there were so many things that he would like to impose upon this country and its citizens were it not for the constitution?

She also spent time ripping Donald Trump to shreds. She accused him of calling women pigs. The only time I heard him refer to women as pigs was when he was talking about Rosie O’Donnell. Well, if the shoe fits?

I’ve said this over and over again, “Donald Trump was not my first choice for Republican nominee for president of the United States.” The truth is, however, that we can’t afford another four years or eight years of Barak Obama policies. The current president has almost destroyed the United States of America. With four to eight years of Hillary Clinton, this once great nation will be history. We can’t let that happen. We must take back our country, take it back from those who seek to destroy it. We must create prosperity. This will not happen if we continue to punish those who have made this country great, the private sector job creators and the folks who fill those jobs and work their fingers to the bone in order to succeed and provide good lives for themselves and their families.

While mentioning this country’s founding fathers in their convention speeches, Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton have failed to grasp the principles on which this country was founded, less government intrusion into our lives, and the freedom to succeed according to our goals and desires.

Donald Trump and his campaign has taken a lot of heat from liberals because, according to them, he gave a negative speech, and indicated that he wanted to make this country great again. Yes, he did point to areas where this president has made things worse, and that’s in just about every area of the federal government. Whereas, Hillary’s speech was all rosy with puppies and unicorns. Plus, she listed all the freebies she’s going to give out; such as free, single payer healthcare, college tuition, the guarantee of a good paying job for everyone. Socialist utopia? Isn’t that par for the course? The opposition party points out negatives and how he or she will make things better; whereas, the party in power points out the positives of the administration.

If we elect Hillary Clinton to the presidency, we can kiss the freedoms we once enjoyed as Americans good-bye. With Donald Trump, I see a vision of making American great again. Yes, the United States of America is still the greatest country on earth, but our way of life has taken tremendous hits under the administration of Barak Obama. This must change. Voting for Hillary Clinton or one of the minor candidates, or even staying at home on Election Day is a vote for the demise of the United States of America. Is this what you want?

On Tuesday, August 25, 2015, talkingpointsmemo.com ran an article entitled, “Obama: Harry Reid and I are Teaming up to Take on the Crazies.” The current president had just returned from vacation and said in a Monday night fundraising event held near Las Vegas he attended with Harry Reid, that he felt refreshed and ready to “deal with the crazies” with the Senator’s help. The “crazies” that the current president is referring to are possibly those Americans who do not support him or his policies.

The link to this article was shared by one of my liberal Facebook friends. After reading the article, I viewed the comments made to the Facebook link and then wrote the following comment: “I’m sure that while in private, Presidents Reagan, Bush 1 and Bush 2 made remarks about those who disagreed with them, I don’t remember either one of them, except maybe in campaigns, disparaging or belittling Americans whose views weren’t in lockstep with theirs. In fact all three of these Republican presidents respected the right of the American people to disagree with their elected officials and hold them accountable.”

To my comment, a liberal 1 replied: “So, spending five years pretending that Obama is a Kenyan is dismissed as “not being in lockstep”?

I wasn’t sure what this person meant so I indicated the following to him: “I think you may have missed my point. It appears that Obama is calling those who don’t agree with him, “crazies.” My point is that I don’t recall Reagan, Bush 1, or Bush 2 calling those who didn’t agree with them denigrating names, with the exception of maybe on the campaign trail where all gloves are off.”

Liberal 2 Replied as follows: “Remember the Dixie chicks that the Shrub went after, difference is he just told his henchmen to do his dirty work like a crime family does, that way they’ve plausible denial to go with their missing testicles.”

It’s been my observation that liberals often do not understand what they read or they don’t want to understand what they read. So, I replied back to Liberal 2: “You obviously either are not capable of reading comprehension or you’re attempting to change the subject, something you liberals always do when you’re on the losing side.”

The rest of the thread went as follows:

Liberal 1 (again): “I think you’re the one who says that Obama is calling “those who don’t agree with him” “crazies”. I would say that he’s only calling “crazies” “crazies”. Why do you think he’s extending that word to nearly half the country? There are plenty of crazies out there without needing to pretend that he’s a jackass who calls everybody who disagrees with him crazy.”

Liberal 3: “you know shutting down the government because youdont like the black president is CRAZY! voting against the presidents healthcare plan 57 times because you dont like the black president is CRAZY! voting against the peace deal with iran because you dont like the black president is CRAZY! yes the president has had to’work’ with the CRAZIES for 7years! he has ever right to call it for what it is with a 9% approval rating the crazies on the right have earned that name and anyone who doesnt see this is also CRAZY!”

Possible Conservative: So half of America is crazy (Liberal 1)? Doomasss.

Liberal 1 to possible conservative: “Yeah, that’s an apt response to my statement saying exactly the opposite. #idiot “Why do you think he’s extending that word to nearly half the country?” means “of course he’s not extending that word to nearly half the country.”

Liberal 3: “Nancy G you are really a foolish thing. you hear and see what you want to. these people call this mighty president everything in the book except the child of GOD. That’s why the world hate the repub’s.”

Me: “(Liberal 3), you need to work on your reading comprehension like most of your liberal counterparts. I did not say that those who don’t care for the current President have never called him names. In fact all presidents have been called names since this country was founded. I would ask that you read it again, but I’m afraid you still wouldn’t understand the point I’m making.”

Liberal 4: “You don’t think it’s CRAZY to sign a pledge to obstruct the president is appropriate? You don’t think that screaming at kindergartners attending an English/Arabic school is crazy? You don’t think that grown men mobilize to shut down a military excercise (Jade Helm) is crazy? You don’t think killing people over abortion is crazy? You don’t think imposing a narrow set of religious creed on an entire nation is crazy? You don’t think advocating killing gays is crazy? You don’t think that carrying an assault rifle wherever you go is crazy? Guess what, Nancy, you stupid backward thing, YOU ARE CRAZY”

Me: “Liberal 4, you’re another liberal who needs to work on reading comprehension. You are totally off the subject of my post.”

Liberal 5: “Much of the rhetoric coming for GOP politicians is crazy. There’s nothing wrong with being honest. Don’t like being called crazy, QUIT ACTING LIKE IT”

Liberal 6: “We all read your post Nancy. You talked about respecting those who disagree with one’s viewpoint. This was largely true of Reagan and Bush 1, *as well as* their Democratic counterparts in Congress and presidential nominees. When Clinton was first elected though, his *Republican* opponents did not respect him and tried very hard (outside of elections) to get rid of him, through nasty and unwarranted investigations and legal technicalities. And months after Bush 2 was elected, he and Cheney tried to tar opponents as being unpatriotic and dangerous: “you’re with us or you’re against us”. The tactics of GOP have become more extreme since the 80s. Witness in your own state, where the governor has gone after Planned Parenthood. Where’s the respect for differing views you talked about?”

Me: “I didn’t say anything about respect for differing views, I said respect for people who have differing views. Having said that, having respect for those who differ with you, doesn’t mean that as an elected official you are not allowed to pursue your policies. Every president has his political enemies and Bill Clinton was no exception. That wasn’t the point of my post. For a President of United States to call those who disagree with him crazies is out of line. He is the President of the United States and should act Presidential. If some Democrat Congressman wants to call me and my conservative counterparts crazy, idiots, morons, I’m not going to think that much about it. It’s politics and it is what it is. That’s not to say that I won’t comment about it on a forum or on my political blog, though. I do remember something about the “unpatriotic” comment during the Bush administration. In googling, I couldn’t find anything about Bush 2 saying that, though. And in my post, I said I didn’t recall. The “either you’re with us or you’re against us” comment was made to other countries when President Bush was trying to get a coalition together to fight the war on terror after the 9/11 attacks”

Liberal 7: “Nancy is an uneducated wannabe, who believe the real GOP like her. Not…they hate you and your kind.”

Me: “I read every comment on this post and below there are some comments made by persons, possibly conservative, who don’t seem to care for Harry Reid and the current president. But my post struck a nerve and triggered vitriolic comments. Yes, my post was a little different from those below. Being a conservative blogger, I don’t let comments such as those above bother me.”

Liberal 8: Dixie Chicks ring a bell?
Me: “Here is what President Bush said about the Dixie Chicks: But President Bush argued: “The Dixie Chicks are free to speak their mind. They can say what they want to say.… they shouldn’t have their feelings hurt just because some people don’t want to buy their records when they speak out. Here is the link to the article: http://www.thenation.com/…/ten-years-ago-today-dixie…/”

I’m a professional blogger and if I’m going to put my views in writing out there, I have to be prepared to endure comments such as these. This back and forth went on from the afternoon of 8/25 to the morning of 8/26 when I apparently shut these folks up with my research and my link. After that, I heard nothing more. While getting embroiled in something like this was not what I wanted, I’m glad that I stuck it out and was finally able to end it with the truth, something liberals can’t stand.
I have this thread documented and plan to show it to a few Democrat friends and asked them if the people who said the things above are really people you want to associate yourself with.

My original post was true and not necessarily that significant. If any of the posters felt that I was wrong, they could have said it and pointed me to the error of my ways. But the above is what I got. Amazing, isn’t it?
